Things got messed up on our clear bra. So that sucked. But I know it wasn't the Lexus service department directly, it was the contractor used to do the job. I needed my front right tire replaced, which had blown out on I-70. I called first thing Monday morning and had an appointment at 1:30 p.m. Monday. Monday afternoon I received a call that they didn't ha out on I-70. I called first thing Monday morning and had an appointment at 1:30 p.m. Monday. Monday afternoon I received a call that they didn't have my tire in stock, so I would have to wait until Tuesday to pick up my car. Tuesday I received notice that they didn't have my tire sensor in stock and they would have to order one, and I couldn't pick up my car until Wednesday. I guess i'm confused as to why the tire sensor wasn't evaluated and ordered on Tuesday. I will note that since I don't live close to the dealership, I requested my car be delivered to me. That was greatly appreciated. More
