Really had a five-star experience at Wesley Chapel Lexus and my salesman Franceoa Soliman. Really surprised at how quick we were able to complete the purchase and I got to drive my new car home! In for service an hour early at 11 am. Told to wait in seating area and a service tech would be with me in a few minutes. At 2 pm, still waiting for service tech. and my loaner. Finally a person noticed that I was waiting and asked me what I was there for. Explained, and had loaner 30 minutes later. End result, paint touch up was worse than not having it done at all, and mudflaps have screw sticking out. Not a good way to treat a new customer on their first service visit. More

He goes above and beyond in literally all aspects of the car buying experience, paperwork experience (which everyone hates) and the congratulatory experience at the end of your journey before driving off the lot. I won't be shopping anywhere else. Matter of fact I've now bought 2 cars from Charles all under 30 months time, and 2 for a family member. I can't speak for the rest of the sales men and women but this dealership and Charles goes above and beyond your expectations! Definitely recommend them. More
The sales part is fine. But the service area doesn't follow instructions from the customer with regard to car washes. I have been going on every Saturday morning for months. But the service area doesn't follow instructions from the customer with regard to car washes. I have been going on every Saturday morning for months. I give the same simple instructions. Take my car through the car wash. Do not stop at the drying bay. Bring it right back soaking wet. I like to dry it myself. I also tell them not to touch any controls. Many times they stop at the bay after I told them not to.. Many times they mess with my controls. The workers in the bay are on their phones instead of working promptly, while leaving car engines on. Gas is expensive. They should change car wash policies and allow customers to drive their own cars through the car wash. More

Lexus does not Upsell their service- I trust them completely. Growing up I was always under the impression to avoid dealer service because it was too expensive and they will always find something wrong - well, that myth is not true about Lexus of Wesley chapel. They are honest, dependable and have good prices on their service fees. Totally recommend them ! More
