A tedious search for a safe replacement car (after an accident) for our daughter lead us here. They treated us as if we were buying a brand new Lexus for ourselves and not just a preowned vehicle for our accident) for our daughter lead us here. This was the best car buying experience EVER! ! I also had a delicious Danish and latte while I waited for the car to be detailed and a big beautiful bow was place on the top so we could take a pe ! This was a cash purchase to we where in and out!! No long waits. The building was clean and shiny like new money!! I can’t wait to come back and get our oil changes. The cafe was so inviting and comfortable. No one there was snotty or stuck up. Just good folks selling good cars!! More

I’m a 84 yo widow that had my 2016 RX350 towed to this dealership for repairs. I was told it would be over $7500 for repairs. I had the car removed to a Toyota deal ship and the repairs were $230.00. They dealership for repairs. I was told it would be over $7500 for repairs. I had the car removed to a Toyota deal ship and the repairs were $230.00. They said the car wasn’t drivable….it was backed off the tow truck and driven to the parking lot at the Toyota dealership. The car has now been driven over 250 miles and is running fine. I find this appalling and had I not had a good support system, and good advice..ie…get that car out of there, I would have had to pay . How many other widows have had this experience. Shameful! More
