The epitome of exceptional service We have all experienced buying from, or talking to, car sales people on their “turf.” The majority of us would describe that experience as unpleasant We have all experienced buying from, or talking to, car sales people on their “turf.” The majority of us would describe that experience as unpleasant, pushy, and very frustrating. Lexus of Wesley Chapel and Alexandra Prado provide an experience that is 100% the antithesis of what you would expect, in the best possible way. Alexandra provided a personal and sincere investment in understanding me and my family’s unique needs and expectations. When it came to our questions about the vehicle, Alexandra had the answers without pause. We never felt pressured or misunderstood. Any unpleasantness we could have experienced was removed by Alexandra’s relatable nature and desire to help. We ended up not purchasing the vehicle due to personal reasons, but Alexandra kept in touch for an extra day to ensure her resources were exhausted for us. The level of quality care and consideration we experienced should be the new golden standard. More

Unbelievably a stress free enjoyable experience. We were intent on not purchasing until a home up north which Is in escrow had closed. Our product expert, Chelsea Roberts was aware of this yet spent considerable time ensuring that all of our questions were answered and we viewed numerous vehicles. She also arranged for us to speak with the service manager regarding questions we had about hybrid versus gas only vehicle. We normally consider purchasing of vehicles a stressful experience. We never felt pressured to purchase immediately, but were so impressed with Chelsea and the arrest of the staff at Wesley Chapel that we ordered the RX350L that day. More

I finally got around to dealing with the airbag recall and thought I would add an oil cha I had such an amazing experience at Lexus of Wesley Chapel. I finally got around to dealing with the airbag recall and thought I would add an oil change. From the first call to order a loaner, Megan was so welcoming. Parris dropped off a loaner at my work with the same enthusiasm. Later that same day, José dropped my car off washed and vacuumed, a bottle of water in the cup holder, with a full tank of gas! Your folks even buffed out a scratch my husband left in the door. Really over and above. Stephanie in service organized my visit and timed everything perfectly. She was a little embarrassed later that evening when she had to tell me they needed to come out and redo something. Before I could formulate a plan, she already offered to send a technician to me, fix the issue AND added a small service because of the inconvenience. Top notch service department. Can I rate more than 5 stars? I will spread the word! More
