Beyond my expectations I was totally impressed with this dealership and salesperson in particular. Then was no pressure from start to finish, extremely knowledgeable and for I was totally impressed with this dealership and salesperson in particular. She listened to me and found what I was looking for as far as model and price point . The dealership was outstanding, from the concierge to the snack lounge. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with from the sales manager, finance managers and technical adviser. The technical advisor spent a great deal of time explaining and teaching me the features on my is300 never in my years of purchasing vehicles has anyone done this. The perks, towel, Bluetooth speaker and fragrance were a plus and later the cookies sent went over the top. Now as far as service I’m still overwhelmed, I had left my prescription sunglasses in my trade in vehicle and because I live over 50 miles away they were flown in to my local airport. Yes I definitely raved about this dealership to my friends and family. Kudos More

Any unpleasantness we could have experienced was removed by Alexandra’s relatable nature and desire to help.
