Alexandra provided a personal and sincere investment in understanding me and my family’s unique needs and expectations. When it came to our questions about the vehicle, Alexandra had the answers without pause. We never felt pressured or misunderstood. Any unpleasantness we could have experienced was removed by Alexandra’s relatable nature and desire to help. We ended up not purchasing the vehicle due to personal reasons, but Alexandra kept in touch for an extra day to ensure her resources were exhausted for us.
