Julie accessed another associate who jumped in to help explain some technical details, and we got a ride or two on a golf cart. I've forgotten the names of those individuals, but they were also top-notch. Lily Do on the Finance side was likewise terrific! Everyone we met made made positive impressions in representing Wesley Chapel Lexus. Furthe;r, the entire Wesley Chapel dealership facility is superior to any that we've visited. We cannot imagine a more pleasureable experience at a car dealership. Prior ot our visit, we were a bit leery of buying a car from Lexus or Toyota, never having dealt with them before. Our prior vision was that Toyota was pretty inflexible -- and we thought that Lexus being the luxury brand probably would result in pricing that was out of reach. We went to Wesley Chapel Lexus to explore it, not to buy a car! Given what we believe to be the extraordinarily high quality of the Lexus NX 300, we are happy with the price/lease cost. Maddie was paired with us at Wesley Chapel Lexus after we were greeted by the concierge team. She took note of what we wanted and immediately showed us vehicles that fit the exact description of what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable about each vehicles features and super patient with our family as we were shopping with our two young children. With daycare expenses, and daily obligations, we also needed a ride that would fit our budget. Maddie’s resourcefulness, along with that of the financial team, put us in a position where we could get what we wanted for what we were comfortable paying. Best Lexus Service Expirience Ever.! When a check system light came on I decided to try the new Lexus of Wesley Chapel service, and I’m so glad I did! My service rep, Heath Bradburn, prom When a check system light came on I decided to try the new Lexus of Wesley Chapel service, and I’m so glad I did! My service rep, Heath Bradburn, promptly greeted me in the service bay, listened carefully to my issue, and got my RX350 right in for diagnostics. While that was underway, Heath showed me around the state of the art service and sales area and made sure I was comfortable. Diagnostics were completed quickly and thoroughly for Heath to discuss what was wrong and what could be done. The RX needed warranty work along with other services I elected and Heath saw to it that I had a nice loaner. Heath also kept me informed on progress and delivered my RX the next day. It’s in tip top shape and I couldn’t be happier with the service and dealership. Lexus of Wesley Chapel is top notch!!! More
