Outstanding service I took my car into the service department to add tint and get the first service for the car - without an appointment- I literally just showed up at th I took my car into the service department to add tint and get the first service for the car - without an appointment- I literally just showed up at the dealer. . This was definitely an unparalleled experience. They immediately took me to the cafe where I had a latte and a delicious warm chocolate chip cookie. They then took me to the loaner car - moved all of my work bags from my car into the loaner and I was off. The next morning I received a text at 7:15 that my car was ready and they would deliver it to me. I decided to pick up my car - they detailed the exterior a second time before delivering it to me. It was absolutely wonderful. Everyone there is nice and friendly. They did a great job! More

Best car buying experience ever!! Words cannot express how impressed I am with Lexus of Wesley Chapel! First, the facility is absolutely stunning. Second, Lui Delgado is beyond amazin Words cannot express how impressed I am with Lexus of Wesley Chapel! First, the facility is absolutely stunning. Second, Lui Delgado is beyond amazing. I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted (and didn’t want) and they listened to me. This is noteworthy since other local dealerships should take note. They were able to quickly locate a vehicle for me. I had to wait approximately 4 weeks to take delivery of the car but that was fine for a couple reasons: 1) I wasn’t in a rush —I didn’t need a new car but rather wanted one and 2) it was actually being built in Japan. When I came to Lexus of Wesley Chapel to take delivery of my car both Lui and Jaime Garces, Business Manager, were so efficient! I was in and out of the dealership in less than 1 hour and that not only included signing the necessary paperwork but the ordering and eating of a toasted bagel at the delightful cafe, taking pictures of my beautiful new car, Lui filling up the car with gas, and some small talk. I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone I interacted with. I have already expressed my feelings to many family and friends and handed out a few business cards. Lui and Jaime should be recognized for a job well done! More

Chelsea greeted us with a wonderful smile and we told her what we were looking for since this was my FIRST Lexus purchase. Chelsea went above and beyond to meet every individual request I made. We test drove 5 different Lexus autos and narrowed it down specifically to two. She wanted to make sure that we were very satisfied before we decided on the one we purchased. We even went back out and test drove it AGAIN just to confirm that it was the one I wanted. I can't say enough about how she worked with us. Her knowledge of each vehicle was amazing! Another thing that impressed us with Chelsea is how she respected and treated her co workers! Very impressive!
