My husband had been in a couple weeks before and when we decided on the car, we discussed pricing with Julie over the phone while we drove the 1 1/2 hr drive to get there. Julie handled the test drive and preliminary computer work quickly and was true to her word on the final numbers with our trade. They readied the car while we handled the final paperwork with Jaime and he was very quick in getting all done. Once the car was ready, Julie went over all the details in the car with me. The entire experience was quick, efficient and totally enjoyable. We would wholeheartedly recommend Julie and Lexus of Wesley Chapel. More

Amazing Customer Service!! It all started with a horrible experience at Ford. I Owned a 2017 Ford Mustang GT Premium. I had some electrical issues and they made me pay for it al It all started with a horrible experience at Ford. I Owned a 2017 Ford Mustang GT Premium. I had some electrical issues and they made me pay for it all even though I had bumper to bumper. Soon as I picked up my car I drove straight to Lexus of Wesley Chapel. I have never had such an amazing experience at a dealership. Tim was my sales personnel, and he took amazing care of me. He went to every corner and searched every available option. We started looking at preowned cars that fit my budget (Which was his first question). I couldn't get approved for the car I was interested in, but he didn't stop there. We then went to looking at leasing optoons. He found me a perfectly priced 2018 lexus is 250. Everything about the car was amazing!! We got everything approved, but then the mileage of the lease became a problem. I drove over double the lease mileage. So we then looked at certified pre owned vehicles. We found a 2014 Lexus IS 250 F Sport. I had some financial issues and had to re run numbers for the car. They let me put 1/2 the money down I originally had and kept my APR at the same rate. I absolutely love this dealership and everyone I worked with. I could sit here for hours and give even more details about how amazing the business manager Nicole is and everyone else. Please go to this dealership if you have any problems with your current car or dealership. More

Chris LoMato and the service department were exceptional. Chris went above and beyond to answer any questions and make us feel at home. He arranged for a loaner vehicle while our vehicle was being serviced and gave us a tour of the facility. We were very impressed with the dealership. The customer service waiting area is bar none top of the line. Mike Brockway introduced himself and offered his services for any future needs.
