Great customer service and experience. After my wife purchase her new NX300 we got the vehicle tinted and we stop to take some business cards to Mr. Mike. During our visit we started talking about cars and he mentioned this amazing car on the lot and he showed me the LC 500. I mentioned that I have a 2010 GTR. After talking for a while he mentioned if I was interested to see more in detail and test drive this vehicle. So I told him that we will come the next day and we made an appointment. I brought my GTR but not with the intention of purchasing a new car but after my test drive of the LC 500 I change my mind and the rest was history. Mr. Mike was great finding the right price for my trade and he was honest and fair all the way. I felt like I was in a dream with a great costumer service and attention to detail by Mr. Mike and all the staff working that day. My decision in trading my GTR was mainly based on Lexus great warranty and customer service. One of my experience with Nissan wasn’t best. I took my GTR for service and after three days I was told me there was nothing wrong with the car. When I receive my car it had 90 extra miles and the car was dirty and not even wash. I have owned several vehicles in the past including Corvettes, BMW’s, Evolution 9 and WRX STI and felt that Lexus is one of the top in customer service and reliability and that’s why I chose Lexus of Wesley Chapel.
