1st Service on my Lexus 570. 10,000 miles service Matt was great! Originally scheduled for service on 5/26/18, I was able to drop my SUV off on 5/25 since I was in the area and got a loaner. Meeting people and being able to complete a transaction of this size can be very sensitive. Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to share our experience regarding the excellent service we received from every person that we were in contact with during this selection process. Selecting a vehicle today is far more involved than it was in 2012 when we purchased our last new vehicle. The entrance to the showroom was very pleasant by the grandeur of the building itself, the smiles on the two people whom greeted me and opened and held the doors open the first time created a very good 1st impression. The first visit was me alone. We were engaged by one of the two and asked to have a water, pastry, a seat or to simply enjoy the showroom while a person would be directed to assist us. A man walked up to me with a pleasant smile and a happy face whom extended a hand and introduced himself as Bruno. We exchanged a few words and went to the parking lot to find a vehicle we could test drive. This was the very 1st time for me experiencing a Lexus. We were driving down route 56 and Bruno asked me where we lived, explaining that we were about 12 miles away to Zephyrhills; he suggested that we go and bring the vehicle to my wife and let her test drive, so we did.. She had a very bad cold and we were not able to test drive the vehicle as we expected so we ended the test early and went to the showroom. As always the question was asked what it would take for me to purchase that day, my response was a good price, so let's go and see what we can do. To make a long story short, we did not purchase that day, we came back once or twice and test drove a couple of different vehicles and still were unsure of what we wanted, Bruno was excellent, no pressure and a pleasant exchange while we left. A few days later I was in the area so I stopped by to see what was inventory was available. Bruno was with another client so Ii was introduced to Andrew, I quickly told him the priorities that we were looking for in a vehicle. He asked me to wait in the showroom and he left and a couple of minutes later he came back to me and stated that a car very similar to what I described had just been brought up to the showroom by the General Manager. The GM stated someone was looking at it, but if we wanted it, we could purchase it. Amazingly! We walked out and I got into the passenger side, Andrew into the drivers side and we discussed the many features that were included with this vehicle Several minutes later we decided to take it for a drive, Andrew started it and we were off, route 56 again, we were headed to our home to pick up Karen my wife of 39 years. Karen got in the car, Andrew stood outside and explained the features again while I brought my Service Yorkshire Silky Terrier in the house. Karen felt good this day, the cold was lingering, however she was ready to drive. We drove back to the showroom down route 54. We went inside, sat at a desk and reviewed pricing. The most amazing aspect of this purchase was the fact that my wife had been going through the web site and all the features and colors that were available. She brought over her PC and showed me a bright red interior, this caught her attention. We had test driven a RX Sport previously, but the red was mixed with a Black color which was appealing, but not like this. The next morning my wife awoke and I was gone. We had no plan of purchasing a vehicle that day. It is almost unbelievable, all the features that Karen had wanted were in this vehicle. We purchased the vehicle that day. We are grateful that we were treated so professionally especially when we had visited and not purchased a few times before. It was such an easy transaction, the credit manager was excellent, no making the price difficult, just a handshake and a thank you and we are now a very proud owner of a 2018 RX Sport Lexus. A/C problem fixed for low $$ Our A/C was giving us an error message on the display and would cut on and off randomly. We took it in because our normal shop who has done marvelous work on the vehicle previously, did not have the proper diagnostic equipment. Turns out, it was just in need of a new battery! Very thankful for quick answer and great customer service. Just one thing...our radio lost all of our stations. Previously, at other dealerships, they made a note of those and re-programmed once the new battery was installed. Minor annoyance, but... More
