Travel assist Had the misfortune of driving I-75 just after an accident occurred. After passing the accident site my RX350 suffered 2 cut tires. At my request AAA b Had the misfortune of driving I-75 just after an accident occurred. After passing the accident site my RX350 suffered 2 cut tires. At my request AAA brought us to Wesley Chapel Lexus. I phoned ahead and spoke with an extremely helpful Alem Vasquez.. I informed him I would be arriving on. AAA flatbed truck. He said no problem they were open until 6pm. By the time I arrived it was 5pm. Alem handled things beautifully. The RX was delivered to the service area where the service manager personally handled the work and stayed until 6:30pm to make sure everything was OK. The tires were not repairable, so we purchased two new Michelin tires. Everything was wonderfully handled, Both Alem and the Service Manager were terrific. They were completely helpful and professional. We are very thankful for their assistance in getting back on the highway as we were expected in Brunswick,GA that night. Thank you. More
