However, once the car was purchased I had to chase them to get my paperwork on the deal, the car was missing parts I was promised at time of purchase. Again, I had to chase the Sales rep to obtain them, and couldn't get them to answer their phone. I asked the finance person to send me follow up information, had to email them 4x before I received incomplete information. An issue arose 5 days after the sale, and they requested information from me to resolve. I called the sales rep and financer neither would pick up their phone, left me to navigate getting situation fixed. No help at all. The whole experience has left a bad taste, and I would not recommend anyone to their location. More
