From oil change to a new car! We came in to WC Lexus to get promo oil change. We were graciously greeted and guided to the lounge area to await completion of the service. Before getting breakfast snacks, we went to the showroom to look at the new model - just passing the time. We were again greeted by by a friendly face and smile! He inquired about the car that was being serviced (2015 NX w/ 83,000+ miles.) and asked if we were considering trading in the future and could provide us w/ info about trade in value. He returned w/ the info and said to just take a look at and and he’d check in later. No pressure, no sales pitch. The conversations continued with emphasis on benefits of a trade, quality of the car and special benefits of a purchase at Wesley Chapel Lexus. Once we finally made the decision to buy, the process of paper work, finance, and prep of the car were conducted in a very professional and efficient manner by all personnel. Once completed, we went to get in our new car and were greeted by the applause of nearby Lexus personnel. We drove away with smiles on our face, and saying, I can’t believe we came in for an oil change and left with a beautiful new nebula gray NX 300! More
