Shortly after buying it, we had noticed a little rattling in the sunroof. We were instructed to go to Audi and have them fix it, but they had said my warranty didn’t apply to it for some reason. We reached back out to Tim and Rex about this situation and ended up getting it fixed at Lexus a couple days later. The service that day and through that experience was above and beyond. Would highly recommend this dealership to people in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. More
