I cannot begin to express the treatment I have received from my sales representative Parsa, he is professional in every way, owns up to his words and really made me feel satisfied and that was what he care from my sales representative Parsa, he is professional in every way, owns up to his words and really made me feel satisfied and that was what he cared about the most making sure I was satisfied in every way. He answered all my questions and I do ask a lot but he never let me feel like he was tired of me. I will differently recommend him and Lexus of westley chapel. The Finance manager Adam was also great he asked me if I was happy etc and explained everything I needed to know and even offered opportunity to refinance in few months with your company which I will definitely do. I am very pleased with the overall service that was given to me in only almost two weeks. Again Parsa My sales personal didn’t leave me one bit and I am 3hrs away and have never visited the dearler ship but he made me feel as if I was there in person purchasing this car. God bless. More
Absolute worst car shopping experience I have ever experienced. Least accomodating business in Tampa Bay. Unwilling to provide an offsite test drive of a preowned vehicle. Salesman had no sense of urgency and unwilling to take my requests to the manager. Most businesses are willing to bend over backwards, especially in these trying times but they are so adamantly stuck on their policies and rules that all I heard for 4 days was, "no, sorry, that's the policy" If I could give them no stars, I would...
