This was our first service visit. The check- in was quick even though it was busy. Bob was efficient and listened to our concern. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is your price which is exceptionally high. I also wish they would identify critical issues for my old (2009) car as I’m not going to spend $11,000 for the laundry which is exceptionally high. Took vehicle in for routine maintenance. This trip should have been tire rotation. Was told I needed Fuel Induction Service. Dealership stated “no history of it being done”. We had purchased a maintenance plan with the vehicle, so I questioned why it was not performed at 30k and 60k miles. This was the first I had heard of this service at 90k miles. I was told that this service is “recommended” not “required”. So apparently this dealership puts off maintenance until they can charge the customer? Also car wash was out of order. Rather than tell me to stop back when it is up and running, they pretty much just told me sorry. More
