Do not buy a LEXUS! And do not have it serviced here!!!!! I have a 2007 Lexus LS460 L that had an internal engine valve failure at 76000 miles. This dealer originally told me that it would be $15,000 to fix. I have a 2007 Lexus LS460 L that had an internal engine valve failure at 76000 miles. This dealer originally told me that it would be $15,000 to fix. I asked how this could happen?????? "It's just bad engine valve failure of valve number six. Maybe we can get a kit to fix it and it will only be about $6,800." After I said, "No way! The dealership submitted the claim to the regional office who also will not stand behind their product! What kind of car company would not stand behind a premium luxury car? They did offer to help commit insurance fraud by offering to sell us a warranty then wait a few months to see if it would be covered. Do not buy a Lexus - the quality is terrible anymore. More importantly DO NOT trust this dealer!!!!!!! More
Outstanding service Last week I took my baby in for a due oil change and at same time decided to let Celeste know that there is a bit of squealing when breaking. Poor Customer Service and Rip off cost I would give a zero star if I could. I bought a brand new RX350 from this dealer a few years ago. And also a whole set of four brand new tires from th I would give a zero star if I could. I bought a brand new RX350 from this dealer a few years ago. And also a whole set of four brand new tires from them 3 years ago. Yesterday I took my car for a low pressure tire. They charged me $36 just to patch! Discount Tire would do this for free even I didn't buy tires from them, let alone buying a new car and a set of new tires. This Lexus dealer is such a rip off place! Not just this, I'm totally disappointed with this dealer's customer service. The service adviser who served me for repair didn't look at me in the face when answering my question. When my car was ready, he didn't come close to me but waived at me from distance without say a word. And he didn't explain what was wrong with my tire. He should not have treated me so bad like this since I was bad to him after all. Plus, although with appointment it took 1 hour 20 minutes just to wait to get one tire fixed! I'm sad. Will never ever to this dealer a gain. Poor dealer! More

For my first service I went to a local Toyota dealer, since it was close to my house. The service there was average, nothing special. I have a keen eye for dealership service, having worked in the industry for 6 years. I went to Lexus of Wayzata to have my winter wheels/tires installed. From the moment I pulled into the service drive I was impressed. I was greeted promptly upon exiting my vehicle. I was quickly taken to Matt to discuss the service I wanted. To my surprise he said they would store my summer wheels/tires for me for no charge. The dealership itself is beautiful; crystal chandeliers, fresh cut flowers in the lobby, and a guest lounge second to none. During my wait, the general manager even stopped and thanked me for stopping by the dealership. My car was completed quickly and was even washed. I am a bit of car industry buff and this dealership is a prime example of what Toyota had in mind when they created the Lexus brand. I will getting all my service work done at this dealership. More

This dealership is pathetic. The staff is rude, the service techs are unprofessional and sloppy, and if you even think of purchasing a new/used vehicle here prepare to be bombarded with emails and phon service techs are unprofessional and sloppy, and if you even think of purchasing a new/used vehicle here prepare to be bombarded with emails and phone calls! I bought my vehicle new from Lexus of Wayzata and have had the service work done there. I have never had a problem. Work is done promptly and appointments are always convenient for me.
