It has lost its luxury brand feel. The addition of a 3% up charge for use a credit card for service is cheesy. If you can’t find a way to build in the alleged credit card charges into a $250 oil change, shame on you! I don’t often travel with check blanks and I don’t often carry that amount of cash. To face the up charge is something I might expect from Sam and Ella’s, mom and pop, not at the Lexus dealer. Like, what happened to free coffee? The atmosphere at this dealer has changed in the past several years and not for the better. That fact is reinforced by the number of long time employees gone and replaced with brand new. It’s sad to see. More

The young lady who greeted me at Lexus, Gabriella, made my experience great. She explained everything, told me what I needed to have done and a time-frame when I should have other items looked at.
