Exceptional Services For the past twenty years I have owned nothing but Lexus vehicles. I absolutely love my LS 460 - for sure the best car I have ever owned. While I am enticed by other manufacturers I always return to Lexus because their service is exceptional. I have never been disappointed. Last week I had a flat tire on the way to work. I was near the dealership. They immediately came and got me and got the car in right away, fixed the tire, and I was on my way. I have worked with Tom Bennett for over ten years and he ALWAYS delivers. Best dealership in the Twin Cities in my opinion. More

Nice people, troubled processes Super nice people, but some real problems with communication between departments. Parts were to be replaced ... supposed to be in inventory, but weren Super nice people, but some real problems with communication between departments. Parts were to be replaced ... supposed to be in inventory, but weren’t - ordered & supposed to arrive and didn’t - ordered again, wrong part number & didn’t arrive - tire rotated incorrectly and caused “rubbing”. Each of these poorly communicated internally and caused be a trip to dealership 25+ miles away. Almost 3 weeks of back-and-forth. Very time consuming and frustrating. Again, folks at dealership very kind and nice, but LOTS of internal communication issues that caused serious delays and many, many unnecessary trips. More
