Took awhile but now pleased with the outcome. I made an appointment to have a flat tire fixed. I spent about two hours at the dealership. They could not find any leaks so the tire was removed and I made an appointment to have a flat tire fixed. I spent about two hours at the dealership. They could not find any leaks so the tire was removed and seal bead, replaced TPMS fit kit. I drove home and found the tire flat again the next morning. Car was towed back to Lexus, waited more than five hours then called them. Doug said they did find a very small hole when they put the tire in a water tank. They did a patch repair but we agreed leaving the car overnight would verify it was fixed. Glad to say that worked. I really appreciate that the repair and tow were complimentary. More

I was concerned by the lack of mask wearing by employees and customers. I stood outside to avoid contamination for 1-1/2 hours on a rainy day I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years getting my S and customers.
