Kristine, who was my service coordinator, was great. She is the only reason this rating isn’t a 1 star review. She was professional, courteous, responsive and listened to what I was looking for. On the not so great side of things, there has been a decline in this dealership’s service over the past few visits. For this visit the parts department forgot to order the necessary part resulting in a delay. Also they did not perform the complimentary wash following service and the technician who brought my car to me did not greet me or open the door or acknowledge me at all. These may seem like trivial observations but they are indicative of the change in service that I have experienced over the past year with this dealership. It is a shame as this dealership was such a high quality location and now we have lost faith in it and likely will take our business elsewhere. More
