My rating is based on their (lack of) COVID protocols, not on the service to my vehicle. Service Consultants were interacting with each other in the service bay with their masks down. When paying for my service, I was surprised I needed to hand my card to someone for processing. Over the last 11 months, the vast majority of retailers have adopted a contactless payment process. For those who have a contact-based process, the card is wiped upon return. When my car was delivered to me, my fob and steering wheel was touched and not sanitized. I expect better. More
