Tom , was great. He was great to communicate with us regarding the car that needed a great deal of repairs,’He mentioned we which need tires, and my husband said,” g He was great to communicate with us regarding the car that needed a great deal of repairs,’He mentioned we which need tires, and my husband said,” go ahead ahead replace the tires””. .Tom replied, just wait until we look everything over and figure out what you want to get repaired. They exceeded expectations and getting the job done. We have a 2008 Lexus LS which is a great car. The car 2008 Lexus LS is old but I use it mainly for my errands during fair weather days, Due to the fact , in the winter it has rear wheel drive. I would give Lexus of Wayzata a number 10. I also told friends what a great job well done!. Tom could not have been more understanding and great to keep us informed. He gave me a very lovely car to drive while mine was being repaired. The cost of repairs was near $5000 along with the tires included but at this time in my life I can’t buy a car for 5000..Sometime in my future we will purchase a newer SUV Lexus. We will use this one until the time is right , Thank you ,Tom your did great work. We you a 10 , you exceeded our expectations Lexus has great customer service along with keeping the customer informed. More

It has lost its luxury brand feel. The addition of a 3% up charge for use a credit card for service is cheesy. If you can’t find a way to build in the alleged credit card charges into a $250 oil change, shame on you! I don’t often travel with check blanks and I don’t often carry that amount of cash. To face the up charge is something I might expect from Sam and Ella’s, mom and pop, not at the Lexus dealer. Like, what happened to free coffee? The atmosphere at this dealer has changed in the past several years and not for the better. That fact is reinforced by the number of long time employees gone and replaced with brand new. It’s sad to see. More
