Car not ready when promised. Had to go back twice to pick it up and still don’t have my paperwork for service work that was done. Not well organized. Some employees not engaged especially those meeting/greeting the customer. Overall, disappointing to what I get at Chevrolet for service, who work hard to exceed expectations. Lexus had my car all day, gave me a loaner, but called late in the afternoon telling me they couldn't get to it. When I picked it up, it took 20 minutes to get my car after I paid for it. Seriously?
