The new corporate decision to charge for rental cars reduces customer experience to that of a local repair shop. And a local repair shop would be a lot cheaper for equal repair. I drove the car maybe 6 miles from dealership to home and back and was threatened with $20 in service and gas fees if I didn’t fill up the tank (which was $2.96). It also wasn’t my fault the car could not be repaired same day. You didn’t have the part so I had to wait. I am in total support of charges for people who abuse the privilege of the loaner car, but this financially penalizes people just trying to take impeccable care of their car and makes us pay for when the shop cannot complete repairs on time. The Wayzata service team is great, but corporate will lose customers because you no longer provide a luxury car experience More

Everyone was so pleasant and happy! My Service Consultant, Mark listened to my concerns about my car. Then he had the Service Manager listen to me. The Service Manager and I went for a ride in the car. He figured out what the problems could be and said, “we’ll take care of everything” and they did! The price was fair. The work was done perfectly. They also washed my car! A Great experience from start to finish. More
