I find the new business model of texting versus talking to be unacceptable, particularly for someone who is sitting close by in the waiting room. I came in for service because I hit a pothole and had a fl to be unacceptable, particularly for someone who is sitting close by in the waiting room. I came in for service because I hit a pothole and had a flat tire. You texted the recommendation for additional service, but said nothing about how long it would take. When I went to ask, it would take an additional 2 1/2 hours. At that point I had already been waiting for 1 1/2 hours. This required personal interaction not texting. More
