We are a very long time Customer of Lexus of Wayzata. Starting spring of 2024 the new owners of the dealership have caused the customer service to seriously fall off the excellent service we received fro Starting spring of 2024 the new owners of the dealership have caused the customer service to seriously fall off the excellent service we received from the former ownership. Staff turnover, decreased service staff plus a serious failure of follow thru on communications to the customer is nowhere near the level that a Lexus customer expects and deserves. On a scale of 1 (unacceptable) to 10 (best) this new dealership gets a 4. Which well below passing. Many promises made, even by the new GM, are promises not kept. Very disappointing! We really like all the RX 300 thru RX 350s we have purchased. Some of the failures are inexcusable and the GM agreed. Then our last visit a few days ago another failed interaction lead by the failure to communicate. This is not Lexus quality service. Disappointed. I hope they fix the problems and soon because we have liked and enjoyed our Lexus vehicles. I have relayed this to management several times this year. Promises made and not kept. More
The service at Lexus that use to be excellent has declined. Not sure why. The wait time just to see a service manager is over 30 min. And that doesn’t even include service on your car. declined. The service department was a mess. People waiting in lines by their cars for a half an hour and no one there to help them. They told me that my appointment would take an hour and a half and when I got to Lexus and finally got someone to help me they said no it would be 2 1/2 to 3 hours and there were no rental cars available.
