Normally our service visits go smoothMy but this one didn’t. Parts were needed, arrived broken, new part ordered then they needed an additional one over a holiday weekend, which extended the time to ge didn’t. We were kept informed on the status, but we did not have our car for a week. Yes, we had a loaner, but my wife was not use to it so she didn’t feel comfortable driving it. Overall, not the 5 star review treatment we were use too. More
