Recent 5000 mile standard service appointment with service campaign repair. Slow and chaotic check in process. It took one hour to check in, register, obtain loaner. Was told no mention of service campaign on appointment notes, even though it was requested at the time of the call as we live 75 miles from dealership. Was told by staff that a loaner is not generally allowed for 5000 service work, even though that was offered by staff at the time of the call to schedule. Told me the appointment would be 60-90 minutes, but then stated we should not come back until 1 pm, three hours after appointment time. Before leaving service rep said actually, we will call you, it could be after 1 pm. It was ready at 1:30 when we went back to the dealership to check without a call/text. Car wash not working. More
