Lexus of Wayzata - Service Center

I brought my car in for service, and the dealer damaged my center console trim in the process. When I pointed it out, both the service advisor and the manager claimed it was already like that and refused t my center console trim in the process. After over a decade as a loyal customer of this dealership and Lexus, that ends today. To make matters worse, I was charged $218 for the service—essentially paying for them to damage my car. More

The service assistant will keep you informed about the work and time.
