Superb customer service with the usual cordial, welcoming and helpful spirit from the moment one enters the service department. Once you are checked in you are taken to your service assistant who will discu and helpful spirit from the moment one enters the service department. Once you are checked in you are taken to your service assistant who will discuss with you what needs to be done for your vehicle during the visit in detail and the estimated cost. No pressure at all. The service assistant will keep you informed about the work and time. Clean lounge, plentiful snacks, water, tea, coffee etc with a workstation available to catch up with some work.Lexus of Wayzata, Minnesota is the place to have your vehicle serviced. I have never been disappointed. More
