The sales person John Mac was nice and personable. He seemed honest. He left many times and I wasn’t sure what he was doing. I wasn’t happy with the offer on my car. I went in for the great lease option that lexus was offering. The tax and fees were 3000.00. I was shocked and had to come up with more money down. Everything took so long. The finance manager was rude after we denied extra warranties. Not a fan of him. The car was beautiful done and ready after papers we’re signed. However, working with Ignacio went incredibly well. He is honest, understanding, and will make the car buying experience a personal one. He understands that car buying is a big deal and takes the time to truly understand the needs and wants to not just find the right car, but also the right color and features as well. Ignacio is by far, the best person I've worked with and I highly recommend working with him. I know I will plan to go back to him if/when I decide to purchase another vehicle. More
