Car not ready when promised. Had to go back twice to pick it up and still don’t have my paperwork for service work that was done. Nice guys at service desk and greeters but this was a one hour oil change an it up and still don’t have my paperwork for service work that was done. John Mac was amazing! Extremely helpful and not pushy. He made the process quick, easy and convenient. Jamie in finance was great as well. Not well organized. Some employees not engaged especially those meeting/greeting the customer. Bob Madson the service rep was fine, but didn't get a lot of cooperation from the staff in the servi especially those meeting/greeting the customer. Overall, disappointing to what I get at Chevrolet for service, who work hard to exceed expectations. Lexus had my car all day, gave me a loaner, but called late in the afternoon telling me they couldn't get to it. When I picked it up, it took 20 minutes to get my car after I paid for it. Seriously? More
