Service experience was not as expected. Sat waiting for 3 hours for an oil change - I went to ask what was taking so long and found out they did a number of things to my car that was not ap Sat waiting for 3 hours for an oil change - I went to ask what was taking so long and found out they did a number of things to my car that was not approved including new tires. I only have 24,000 miles on the car and do not need tires! Had to wait while they put my original tires back on and now feel uncomfortable that my tires were removed from rims and put back. Didn’t charge me for wipers and filters that were changed More
