Service is amazing. When it is needed, the customer is listened to and respected. Recently my 2019 250H lost electrical power. Lexus Wayzata suggested calling roadside who were polite and prompt. When the battery was started the ‘check engine” light remained. Lexus Wayzata, Michael Peters, said,”we need to understand why this happened.” And he did! I always say that service is the most important part of purchasing. I have also had outstanding persistent help from Eric Baumann. Actually, I have only had extremely positive experiences with every Lexus employee since 2013.
