He worked with me by phone and e-mail on all the details, and then picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership. Everything was in perfect order, and I had the car purchased and was literally on the road within 30 minutes. And the car was everything Ignacio and the dealership said it was--in absolutely perfect condition--and I should know, my test drive home was 2,000 miles, all the way to San Francisco, California.
