I was in the market for a used vehicle and not being able to find what I was looking for locally began searching the Internet. I came across your website and through inquiries met and corresponded with Jon to find what I was looking for locally began searching the Internet. I came across your website and through inquiries met and corresponded with Jon Stusse. Jon and I exchanged particulars and details of what I was looking for and the price range I was comfortable with. At no time did Jon use any pressure to make a purchase. He was understanding and patient while we waited for the right vehicle to come along, and it did. Jon took my offer to the dealer and when it was refused did not give up. Jon went the extra mile to see what he could do. I'm glad he did, the end result is I am now driving a 2010 Lexus RX 350. My husband and I drove from Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada to met Jon at the dealership. He was kind enough to take the time to go over the vehicle details and even set up my cell phone for me. What a pleasure it was to finally meet Jon and the staff of the dealership in person. From the moment we walked in we were treated as valued customers and felt like we had been working together for years. Everyone was very professional and very happy to be working for this company. It says a lot when you have staff that have been with the dealership for years. I congratulate you on your hiring Jon Stusse as a representative of your Lexus dealership. It is my pleasure to recommend Lexus of Wayzata to anyone with car shopping or repair needs. I have been a customer for approximately 8 years and have purchased 3 preowned cars from this dealership. I would like to share some of these excellent experiences with you. 1.) Tom Herman. He has sold me all three of my cars. He takes the time to understand what I am looking for and what my wants versus needs are. He even goes so far as to tell me things like "Karl- you don't really want that... those things are overrated". He has always been over-the-top honest and fair. He has worked with the Lexus of Wayzata financing team to provide me the best value on my trade in and the "new" car. He will always be my #1 choice for a salesperson. I have referred people to him, and they echo this experience. Tom is A+ all around. In addition, he wears cool glasses. 2.) The service center. I can only say good things about the service center. I have done about 50% of my servicing at Lexus of Wayzata. (the other 50% of the time I did not live nearby). A couple of highly positive experiences that will never go unnoticed are the following: - Once I brought my car in and the gas light was on. The service folks filled up my tank completely and did not charge me. - Once I brought my car in for an oil change. The service person noticed a scratch on my bumper from the parking lot. He filled the scratch with the appropriate paint and gave me a vial of matched paint. No charge. No request. Just plain attention to detail. - Every time I bring it in I get a free car wash, a bottle of water, and a mint on my dashboard. - The waiting lounge is fantastic. There are treats, soda, coffee, sadly no beer. 3.) Lexus (the manufacturer). They go above an beyond for their customers. My most recent purchase (IS350, 2006) was recalled for valve spring replacement. I had to bring the vehicle in for servicing. The car was serviced within one day (props to LofW). Moreover, because of the inconvenience, Lexus of Wayzata gave me loaner car (though I could not convince them to give me a convertible!). In addition to this, LEXUS (the manufacturer) sent me a two letters for my inconvenience. 1.) A letter containing a $500 giftcard for ANYTHING at a Lexus dealership. Seriously. A little over-the-top. 2.) A letter containing a coupon for $1500 off of any new car. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. If you are in the market for an automobile. Call Tom Herman. He will take care of you. You will feel like you are the most important person in the building. More

I looked at Lexus in 2008 or 2009 and wasn't happy with my visit, so I kept my old car. I went again in 2011 and worked with Lance Oldre. He had contacted me earlier when he reviewed my previous visit no my visit, so I kept my old car. I went again in 2011 and worked with Lance Oldre. He had contacted me earlier when he reviewed my previous visit notes, and worked with me on buying a new car. The experience was completely different. Lance treated me fairly, he didn't walk off to have some secret conversations with "management", he showed me the options and prices I could get, there was NO pressure and he was completely flexible in meeting my schedule. Buying a car just went from my least favorite thing to do to something manageable. I would recommend Lance in a heartbeat to anyone interested in buying a Lexus and I will definitely pass on his name for referrals. It was a pleasure working with Lance! More
