The dealership is excellent in every way. It's beautiful, comfortable, and inviting. The service department couldn't be better - I love those guys. They greet me by name, give me a detailed overview of work to be done, (usually routine maintanace), then leave the last decision to me: whether to stick around and take some time in their inviting lounge, or drive off in a new Lexus loaner. It's a hard choice. The lounge is first class. Comfy club chairs, large screen tv, gormet coffee, snacks, current magazines and daily newspapers, small library and quiet office spaces equipped for working. It's a pleasure either way.
