We were able to get a transaction done very timly and were able to take delivery late on a Saturday afternoon just before closing (even though our first ever visit to the dealer was 3:00 pm that day). When deciding to lease my first Lexus, I expected the product to be superior, and I also expected the experience of shopping for a Lexus to be a step above my previous car-shopping experiences. Not only were both my expectations met and exceeded, but the continued service and attention is what has brought me back again and again. So often we are disappointed when making large purchases, I believe we have come to expect it. My experience with Jamie has been the polar opposite. I will never make an auto decision without consulting Jamie, without going to the dealership to drive the current models available (and neither should you).
