I am an out of state resident who was recently visiting family in Minneapolis. I had no intention of buying a new car although I had been contemplating buying a Lexus LS460 for some time. When I made mention of this during a dinner discussion, two people suggested I call Jan Engle at Lexus of Wayzata. I called Jan and scheduled a meeting to take a test drive. The next day I bought a new LS460. It was probably the easiest auto transaction I have ever done. Jan Engle was great. There was no high pressure whatsoever.
