Within a few days, I knew something was not a fit, from the way it handled to technology issues. I was going see if I could adjust to the new car, then I remembered Ignacio at Lexus of Wayzata, which I drive by every day. I would think about was how professional, knowledgeable and courteous he was when I purchased from him in the past. After a few short months of settling for what I was driving, I reached out to Ignacio and within a few days I was back to being a proud Lexus owner. Sales staff makes or breaks a business and Ignacio is the primary reason I circled back to Lexus! Lexus drivers have something in common, it is just SMART to own a Lexus and be part of a community of customer service driven people with the clients best interest in mind. More

We were assigned the sales Consultant Kaan Akman. He was very friendly and kind, when test driving the vehicle he was very informative about all aspects of the car. We were considering ordering a new lexus when he showed us a new model on lot that was perfect. Ended up purchasing the vehicle as the negotiated price could not be argued with. I am extremely pleased with everything from the interaction with the staff to new Ux 250h I am now driving. 10/10 will go again. More

I needed to pay cash for a used car this time after 72 months of leasing. He paid careful attention to those details that mattered to me. Some people overlook the small deals. Mike didn’t. I pick up my used car on Friday. It’s a perfect fit for me now. When I upgrade, I will look for Mike at Wayzata Lexus. More
