Jake was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. It was raining out, so he went drove the vehicles we test drove up to the door for us. It wasn’t just how nice the dealership was decorated but it was the employees and the way they made us feel. We were lucky to get Ignacio as our sales rep. His professionalism and attention to detail was unbelievable and it was easy to see why he has been there for over 14 years. He wasn’t pushy as we told him we were just test driving to see what we like as we weren’t planning on purchasing until spring. Over weekend we decided to purchase early and Ignatio made the entire experience to be our best auto purchase experience ever. We are so happy we decided to buy our first Lexus and got the experience of purchasing through Ignatio! More
