Superb customer service with the usual cordial, welcoming and helpful spirit from the moment one enters the service department. Once you are checked in you are taken to your service assistant who will discu and helpful spirit from the moment one enters the service department. Once you are checked in you are taken to your service assistant who will discuss with you what needs to be done for your vehicle during the visit in detail and the estimated cost. No pressure at all. The service assistant will keep you informed about the work and time. Clean lounge, plentiful snacks, water, tea, coffee etc with a workstation available to catch up with some work.Lexus of Wayzata, Minnesota is the place to have your vehicle serviced. Absolutely great experience with the dealership and Helton. I purchased a used Toyota Land Cruiser site unseen and had it shipped. I would normally not do that but I had a lot of confidence in the integrity of everyone involved that they were accurately representing the vehicle. They just went above and beyond. Took videos of the interior, exterior, tinted the windows with little notice and the vehicle showed up today and it’s great - it’s exactly what we wanted. Hats off to these folks. We will purchase here again even though we are not local. Very well done, thank you for the effort - it's much appreciated! More
