Brake Replacement They were great. I came in for scheduled service and mentioned that my brakes were squeaking. Turns out my front brakes were missing a lot of pieces They were great. I came in for scheduled service and mentioned that my brakes were squeaking. Turns out my front brakes were missing a lot of pieces (they had not installed them originally, and my front bumper had recently ripped of in a hit and run by a truck). They let me know what the situation was and explained my options. I gave the OK and even though it was crazy busy and I hadn’t scheduled that kind of appointment, they got right to work on my car, trying to have it for me for end of day. As soon as they knew that some necessary parts weren’t going to make it in time, they found a like-new loaner for me to use on an out of state trip over the weekend. They did a great job, my brakes are the quietest they’ve ever been, and I couldn’t be happier. More
