Classy, friendly operation We've owned our Lexus for 8 years and have dealt with Nick D'Agostino in service over the years. Like everyone at the dealership, he greets us as an old friend. He's always smiling and upbeat and treats us with respect. We enjoy sitting with him and discussing things other than our car. The dealership has a very comfortable waiting area with abundant snacks and drinks. Free wi if. The wait is never long. Nick looks over the paperwork and this time discovered billing had accidentally overcharged us for the wrong quality oil. Nick had it changed immediately. We would never have noticed it. That's indicative of the service at this dealership. We own BMWs and visiting their service centers is like going to the dentist! This experience is like going to a friend's house. They wash the car as a perk. This time we asked if they could wash the inside of the front windshield. We were pleasantly surprised to see they had wiped down the dashboard too! More

Excellent Service While driving on the Mass Pike I had a large piece of metal get lodged into my undercarriage. The large metal piece was quickly removed and the car diagnosed for any safety issues. The Service Dept.'s sensitivity and attention to detail put my mind at ease and back on the road shortly thereafter. More
