Routine service visit My several visits over the course of 2016 have been extremely frustrating regarding the checking process. There aren't enough workers to check everyone in, they stop to talk to one another and sometimes seem confused as to who is doing what. My drop off for service this week was incredibly frustrating. There were two of us that the tech saw were waiting to be checked in. He took his time, stopped several times to talk to coworkers unrelated to the situation at hand and moved as slowly as he possibly could. His name is Randy and he has no business working in a fast-paced environment. It took ten minutes to check me in. The entire process does not run as smoothly as it did up to about a year ago. Seems to be too much confusion over who is doing what. Very frustrating when you are trying to get to work. More

Classy, friendly operation We've owned our Lexus for 8 years and have dealt with Nick D'Agostino in service over the years. Like everyone at the dealership, he greets us as an We've owned our Lexus for 8 years and have dealt with Nick D'Agostino in service over the years. Like everyone at the dealership, he greets us as an old friend. He's always smiling and upbeat and treats us with respect. We enjoy sitting with him and discussing things other than our car. The dealership has a very comfortable waiting area with abundant snacks and drinks. Free wi if. The wait is never long. Nick looks over the paperwork and this time discovered billing had accidentally overcharged us for the wrong quality oil. Nick had it changed immediately. We would never have noticed it. That's indicative of the service at this dealership. We own BMWs and visiting their service centers is like going to the dentist! This experience is like going to a friend's house. They wash the car as a perk. This time we asked if they could wash the inside of the front windshield. We were pleasantly surprised to see they had wiped down the dashboard too! More

Tire Pressure I thought one of the tires might have a leak. Service Advisor, Luis Gonzalez, had the tire inspected. Luckily, it was only low pressure in one tire. I have complete and total trust in Nick and what he tells me I n For 6 years Nick D'Agostino has looked after my 2 Lexus' as though they were his own. I have complete and total trust in Nick and what he tells me I need or don't need for my vehicles. He is the reason I travel from the south shore, bypassing 2 other, closer dealerships. Excellent Service While driving on the Mass Pike I had a large piece of metal get lodged into my undercarriage. I took my vehicle to Watertown Lexus where I was well r While driving on the Mass Pike I had a large piece of metal get lodged into my undercarriage. I took my vehicle to Watertown Lexus where I was well received by the Service Dept. who promptly addressed and resolved the problem. The large metal piece was quickly removed and the car diagnosed for any safety issues. The Service Dept.'s sensitivity and attention to detail put my mind at ease and back on the road shortly thereafter. More

It says something about your co. when people stay and when I get the same wonderful service every time I need something- it speaks to your commitment that the customer comes first. Even when Kim is not available or out of the office no mater who helps me things get done efficiently and with a smile. I own my own business and we deal with the public every day, the people are what make the company and make the difference every time.
