They not only took care of the nail in my tire, but also did an oil change which was imminently due, and addressed some chipping paint from a previous bumper replacement in an highly satisfying manner (to pick up my car at a later date and provide a loaner). There was a minimal wait and my service representative, Chad, made the whole visit as painless as possible, even accepting the payment in his office -- no cashier lines! More
