I had a wonderful experience leasing a 2021 Lexus NX 300 from Lexus of Watertown. Jorge Paiola was the person who helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. He was a true professional! He was there to greet me at the front of the lobby when I first walked in. He was polite, calm, and had a kind demeanor that instantly put me at ease. He asked me a few questions to best gage what I was looking for in a vehicle and then brought me through the showroom to see the NX 300 and the RX 350, as they were the closest to what I had described. I sat in both SUVs as he described the different features and aspects of each vehicle. After deciding the NX 300 would be the best fit for my needs, he went and got one for me to test drive. Jorge went through all of the buttons, features, and gadgets with me. He encouraged me to navigate through the menu myself, which helped me feel more comfortable imagining it as if it were already mine. I took the vehicle for a test drive and was very impressed with the level of comfort of both the interior and overall smoothness of the ride. After returning from the test drive, I knew that I wanted this vehicle, but was not sure if I wanted to lease a brand new one or buy a used one, so Jorge spent the time presenting me the different options. He even walked me down to the used dealership to look at some of the other used NX options to assess the price and fit for my needs. We then returned to the main office, where he showed me around the building and again was a true professional. His posture was upright, but not overly stiff, he sounded confident in his knowledge, but was also personable and friendly. He was not pushy at any point in the process. I ended up deciding on leasing a new NX 300. From there, the process was incredibly simple and easy. Michael was the sale's manager that helped me through all of the paperwork. He was also personable and authentic. The following day, I added the vehicle to my insurance, then everything else was taken care of for me. They cleaned and detailed the new car, got my registration and inspection squared away, and then even delivered the new NX 300 to me personally at my home. Overall, they went above and beyond my expectations! I have had six vehicles in my life and this was (by far) my favorite car shopping experience of them all. Easy Peasy! Tom called on Saturday to talk about returning my Lexus GX for an RX. Conversation lasted 20 minutes. Told him what I needed the car to have and what I was comfortable paying. DONE! I had done thorough/excess research on residual values and money factor to calculate my monthly payment on a Lexus ES350 2020 for a 36 months/10,000 lease. Thus I knew what would be a fair deal compared to a great deal prior to going in. William Giron was the employee that helped me with leasing a Lexus ES350 2020 with ease. I strongly recommend him as a salesperson in the Lexus of Watertown. He was very professional and explained the process and walked me through the steps comfortably. I explained to him what I was willing to pay for my monthly lease and I was firm on this. He worked extremely hard with the Sales Manager to get me the best deal. After a few rounds of negotiation, I was happy with the monthly payment price as he was able to get it BELOW my expectations. When we locked in a deal and signed the papers, I picked up the vehicle, he took the time to show me the different features of the car as well as the services/amenities available to me at this location which entails free car washes (by appointment only) and mani/pedi when coming in for a maintenance service washes (by appointment only. Additionally, the Finance Manager, made the financial paperwork process very quick and was extremely helpful with explaining the difference insurance coverages that were available to me.
