I have been going to this dealer since 1999, 12+ cars. Lately their service has fallen on hard times. Poor communication, paperwork didn't match the service, car was completed 2 days after it was estim Lately their service has fallen on hard times. Poor communication, paperwork didn't match the service, car was completed 2 days after it was estimated. I had to call them 5 times to figure out when it may be done. Car was driven 30 miles, returned low on gas, stereo and heat blasting and they did not wipe the car down (Covid sensitive) as promised. I had to stop random lot people from jumping in and out of the car to move it with no gloves and no wipe down. More
