At every step of the process, Ussa was knowledgeable, professional and patient. He bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy with all aspects of Lexus of Watertown and the car buying experience. This is not the closest Lexus dealership to me location wise however I have no problem going out of my way given the level of service I received from him/them.
